FOR POTENTIAL CLIENTS

Level 1 elearning

Level 1 example:

Level I elearning is great for simple information. Use this for shorter bits and pieces or as a refresher resource for ongoing support. They should be short and easy to navigate, mostly with standard next and previous buttons.

The learner reads information on the screen (it can have audio, too), and navigates (mostly linear) throughout the course. Typically includes text, images, diagrams, some video or animation, and basic click-to-reveal interactivities. The learner is a receiver of information, with few choices.

Level 2 elearning

Level 2 example:

Level 2 assessment:

Level 2 includes Level 1 options, but the learner also interacts with exercises, pop-ups, advanced click-to-reveal, basic drag-and-drop activities and simple animations. Interaction examples include timelines, labelled graphics, application simulations that follow a procedure or process, quizzes, interactive games/stories, and audio narration.

With Level 2 interactions, you can hold and maintain your learners interest a little longer and they have more control over their learning.

Level 3 elearning

Level 3 example:
(*see note below)

Level 3 scenario:

Level 3 involves more complex interactions. They engage in level 1 and 2 content, but also enter text or experience consequences for wrong answers. Other examples include viewing video and identifying faults, problem solving activities, interactive quizzing and branching scenarios.

In these types of interactions, the learner progress is determined by their decisions. They are actively involved in learning and get to practice what is learned.
